How does Linger work?

Seal a memory (voice, video, music, words) to a printed photo with a standard NFC sticker. Tap your phone to the sticker and that memory opens — no app to launch, and the sticker needs no battery.

Do I need an account?

No. Linger is free and works fully on your device. An account is only needed for Linger Plus (cloud backup, sync and sharing).

Is my data private?

Yes. The free app uploads nothing — everything stays on your device. We never read, analyze, or sell your memories. Nothing is public unless you create a share link.

What sticker should I buy?

Any writable NFC sticker (e.g. NTAG213/215). Tap your phone’s top edge to it when sealing.

How do I manage or cancel Plus?

Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting a memory moves it to the Recycle Bin for 30 days, then it’s permanently removed (including from the cloud, if synced). To delete your account and all cloud data, email us.
